RV Resort Information
- Winter Rates are applicable the Tuesday after Labor Day to the Friday before Memorial Day
- Summer Rates are applicable the Friday before Memorial Day through Labor Day
- All reservations require full payment with a credit card in advance at the time reservation is made.
- SITE GUARANTEE FEE: An additional fee of $50 can be added to site guarantee your requested site number. Without a Site Guarantee Fee, your specific site number will not be assigned until check-in.
- Pet fees are $2 per day (Newport Dunes is dog-friendly, but no Rottweiler, Pit Bulls, or aggressive dogs allowed) Maximum of 2 dogs allowed per site.
- One vehicle pass included. Additional car passes can be purchased for $30/car per night.
- Prices are determined by availability. Busy times and holidays will yield higher prices.
- Newport Dunes reserves the right to change rates without prior notice.
- Check-in time is between 2pm and 10pm. Check-out time is 12 noon.
- Maximum of 6 people per site.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the reservation arrival date/check-in time will receive a full refund, minus any Campsite Guarantee Fees or Online Booking Fees. Any cancellations made within 72 hours of the reservation arrival date/check-in time, will be charged for the first night of the reservation. Campsite Guarantee fees are refundable if cancelled at least 61 days prior to the arrival date, Online Booking Fees are non-refundable at any time. No refunds for early departures (voluntary or involuntary). No refunds for early departures. Cancellation policy can change at any time without notice.
Group Rates
Newport Dunes enjoys hosting groups. If you have at least a group of 10 people booking their own RV sites, you qualify for our group rates.
Newport Dunes enjoys hosting camping groups. These rates are a great deal.
Groups are welcome to book from the Tuesday following Labor Day through the Friday before Memorial Day. Group rates are offered for our Premium Preferred RV Sites (25ft. by 40ft) only. Group rates are not available for cottages.

Yes. We have multiple RV site types—from Supersites to Small Sites—with pricing that varies by size and location. Popular sites like waterfront and larger spaces typically cost more, especially in summer and holiday periods.
Yes. For a $50 Site Guarantee Fee, we will assign your requested site number at the time of booking. If you skip the site guarantee, your specific site will be assigned at check-in.

A maximum of six people are permitted per RV site. When booking your site, be sure to let us know how many people will be camping at the site (up to 6).
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before arrival receive a full refund minus non-refundable booking and site guarantee fees.

Yes! When 10 or more RV sites are booked together for the same dates (typically in the winter/shoulder season), group rates are available on Premium Preferred RV sites. Contact our reservations team to book.
Our Extended Stay Program lets guests stay up to 180 days so you can enjoy longer seasonal stays, vacation extensions, short-term housing needs, or long-term business travel accommodations. Extended stay rates and availability vary, so contact reservations for current options.

Rates are determined by availability; busy times, holidays, and peak summer periods typically have higher pricing. Reservations must be paid in advance by credit card at the time of booking.
We allow reservations up to two years in advance (July 4th holiday excluded). The earlier you book, the lower the rate as you can lock in today’s rate, and lower occupany can mean lower rates.
