The concept is pretty simple. Newport Dunes Waterfront Resort welcomes the public to utilize many of the resort amenities without reserving a cottage or camping overnight. Enjoy living like a local along the Back Bay.

Holiday Weekend Parking Rates
Holiday weekend parking is a flat $35 daily rate. Holiday weekend parking rate of $35 flat applies on the following dates: May 25, 26, July 5, 6, August 31, September 1. Day-of parking on the 4th of July is a flat $50, reserved parking is $100. There is no hourly rate on these dates.
Daily Boat Launch
$15 in Winter / $20 in Summer (Friday of Memorial weekend through Labor Day weekend) / $35 on 4th of July

Newport Dunes is located in the heart of Newport Beach, just off Jamboree at Pacific Coast Highway. The resort is on the Back Bay so the water is calmer and warmer than the Pacific Ocean.
