Newport Dunes Waterfront Resort & Marina is an iconic, family-friendly recreation destination celebrating 60+ years of cherished memories in Orange County. Newport Dunes is home to the area’s premier waterfront RV resort, featuring 372 RV sites, 27 charming cottages, a 442-slip marina, 6-lane boat launch ramp, bike and watercraft rentals, a waveless beach and swimming lagoon, and an Inflatable Water Park. Our resort offers breathtaking venues and elegant catering for beachfront weddings and corporate events, and hosts exciting, year-round live entertainment.

About Newport Dunes

Newport Dunes Waterfront Resort & Marina is on land leased from the County of Orange.  The public is welcome to enjoy the beach, bike and pedestrian trails, as well as use the boat launch. The RV resort and cottages offer guest amenities such as the pool facility with poolside cabanas, showers and restrooms, laundromat, horseshoes, volleyball court, beach cabanas, and planned activities.

Lively Family-Friendly Fun

Campland is legendary for it's festive atmostphere and family-friendly fun. Amenities include a public beach, water sports rentals, pools and hot tubs, gym, playground, skate park, video arcade, beach volleyball, horseshoes, off-leash dog park, market, and a sports court. Dine or grab a cocktail at the Cantina and enjoy ice cream at our ice cream parlor. Kids love to join the planned activities. Families return year after year to Campland to create fabulous memories.

Mission Bay RV Resort

Camp on the Mellow Side

Mission Bay RV Resort is quieter and offers a pool, hot tub, and clubhouse, public beach and miles of hiking/biking trails. Mission Bay South offers RV camping on a paved surface. Mission Bay North offers a more rustic feel, with larger sites on dirt. Tent camping is also allowed at the North resort. Both parks offer full hookups and access to enjoy the amenities at Campland.
