Boat Launch Ramp Service
If you have a boat, bring it along! Newport Dunes Resort is Orange County’s premier boat launch facility. Whether you head for Catalina Island, or just spend the day touring beautiful Newport Harbor, it all starts here.We have a seven lane boat launch ramp at the north end of the resort, located next to the Back Bay Bistro. A seven lane coin operated wash rack is adjacent to the launch area for RV and boat cleaning (please bring your own hose). A change machine is available for your convenience.
If you can’t - or don’t - want to launch the boat yourself, allow our expert staff to lessen the stress of launch and recovery. Our custom vehicle has been designed to speed up the launch process, allowing you and your guests to get right to the day's activities. We also have a private wash rack set up just for launch customers, allowing quick access to free water without the hassle of waiting for others to finish during peak periods. Need a battery jump, or air in your tires? No problem. Our launch operators are friendly and helpful, making it that much easier to just get out and enjoy boating.
